The trip to smokies mountains to witness the '09 fall turned out to be a boon. As the evening was expected, every driver's visibility was reduced with the thick mist that surrounded. The vibrant colors of the fall blended with the deep brume. The long travel through the continuous canopy extending for miles gave a chance for great photography.. Being at the navigator's seat,I had to zoom through the max my lens would allow to avoid the frames of the glass and the affixed GPS. The gloomy light and the moving camera demanded open aperture - f/5.6. However didn't compromise with the sensitivity - ISO 200. The focus was manual with the mode - Aperture priority.
